SEMINARS AND INSTRUCTION EVENTS . .Updated Sunday, November 22, 2009 04:08 PM The Presidential Appointments effort is largely educational, designed to encourage participation in the federal government. Education - information is critical - and in additional to this internet site, newsletters, and endless consultations, comprise the effort. Seminars, meetings, discussions, instructional material, speeches, and similar projects are critical to an in-depth understanding of how the federal patronage process operates and which positions might be available to particular individuals. Plans are in process for all day meetings in 2008 - 2009. Each of these events are designed to provide a clear initial understanding of the appointments process, and to be a setting for extensive discussion with individual participants. The idea is simply to explain the process, and help individuals identify if and how they want to find appointive positions in the federal government. . Please contact the project at Director@Presidential-Appointments.org for further information. Thank you. John Isaacson - 617 504 3699 Copyright 2002 - 2009 John Isaacson. .
